Miami pax traffic up strongly in Jul-2011

US' Miami International Airport announced the following traffic highlights in Jul-2011:

Passenger numbers: 3,599,481, +9.4%;
- Domestic: 1,788,461, +9.7%;
- International: 1,811,020, +9.1%;
Cargo volume: 163,057 tonnes, -1.1%;
- Domestic: 28,329, +58.0%;
- International: 134,728, -8.4%;
Aircraft movements: 32,896, +5.0%;
- Domestic: 16,654, +5.6%;
- International: 16,242, +4.4%.
