Malaysia Airlines Group faced a delay in the delivery of its first A330neo aircraft, initially expected in 3Q2024, with the revised delivery set for Nov-2024 due to issues identified by Airbus during the flight line stage1. The group planned to restore network capacity starting Oct-2024, despite seven more aircraft being out of service than before the capacity reduction2. The initial five A330neo aircraft were expected by the end of 1Q20253 1.
