Lufthansa reports 18% pax increase on Middle East and Africa services in May-2010

Lufthansa Group reports (10-Jun-2010) the following traffic highlights on Middle East and Africa services in May-2010:

Passenger numbers: 433,000, +57.5% year-on-year;
- Lufthansa Passenger Airlines: 247,000, +18.0%;
Passenger load factor: 70.5%, +4.7 ppts;
- Lufthansa Passenger Airlines: 67.0%, +1.7 ppt;
Cargo volume: 16,000 tonnes, +2.6%.
