Lufthansa Innovation Hub MD Xavier Legardere, speaking at the CAPA Airline Leader Summit World & Awards for Excellence, stated (21-Nov-2024) discussions around AI "are not talking about replacing humans but augmenting humans". Mr Legardere said: "It's not ChatGPT that takes your job, it is the human that uses ChatGPT".
