Los Angeles International Airport Oct-2011 traffic up 2.7%

US' Los Angeles International Airport announced the following traffic highlights in Oct-2011:

Passenger numbers: 5,124,604, +2.7%;
- Domestic: 3,745,491, +1.7%;
- International: 1,379,113, +5.6%;
Cargo volume: 152,273, -10.1%;
- Freight: 145,303, -10.7%;
- Mail: 6970, +4.8%;
Aircraft movements: 50,841, +5.7%.
