Liabilities of Mexicana de Aviacion total USD725m

Mexico's Communications and Transportation Secretary Juan Molinar, announced the liabilities of Mexicana de Aviacion, which ceased operating in Aug-2010, total MXN9 billion (USD725 million) (lath.com, 27-Oct-2010). Mr Molinar stated "if we find some investor who is willing to reach an agreement with all the creditors, including the unions, then the company would be saved; otherwise, it will be very difficult."
