Lessors could account for half of CSeries orders: Bombardier

Bombardier President of Commercial Aircraft, Gary Scott, stated aircraft lessors could account for up to half of the orders for the manufacturer's CSeries regional jet (Bloomberg, 19-Jan-2010). Problems with airlines sourcing financing for aircraft deals may force carriers into options such as leasing, according to Mr Scott.
