Korean Air signs MoU to sell catering and inflight duty free units

Korean Air and Hahn & Company signed (07-Jul-2020) a MoU for the sale of the airline's catering and inflight duty free business units. The carrier is also planning to sell real estate assets such as Songhyeon-dong site and Wangsan Marina as planned to "survive" the coronavirus pandemic, and plans to increase paid in capital as planned by Jul-2020.
