KLM notes 'crazy' year in 2016

KLM VP network planning Pieter Groeneveld, speaking at the CAPA-ACTE Global Summit, stated (28-Oct-2016) 2016 has been a "crazy" year due to what he calls "fear factor". He said the impact of the fear factor in Europe has been "amazing in a negative way". He noted that travel to Europe from Asia, particularly Japan and China, and North Atlantic has declined.
