Kansai pax up 18%, domestic pax down 2% in 1HFY2011

Japan's Kansai International Airport reported the following traffic highlights for the six months ended 30-Sep-2010 (CAAC-News, 05-Nov-2010):

Passenger numbers:
- Domestic: 2.1 million, -2% year-on-year;
- International: 5.4 million, +18%;
Aircraft movements:
- Domestic: 15,503, -12%;
- International: 30,310, -1%.
