Kansai Airport reports 4% drop in Jan-2010 pax numbers, Itami pax down 0.2%

Osaka Regional Civil Aviation Bureau reports (17-Mar-2010) the following traffic highlight for its member airports in Jan-2010:

Passenger numbers: 8.2 million, -2.8% year-on-year;
- Domestic: 6.8 million, -4.3%;
- International: 1.4 million,+5.0%;
  - Itami Airport: 1.1 million, -0.2%;
  - Kansai Airport: 1.1 million, -3.7%;
  - Fukuoka Airport: 1.3 million, +0.4%;
  - Naha Airport: 1.1 million, -3.7%.
