Jetstar sees ATC congestion a bigger challenge than ground infrastructure in China

Jetstar CCO David Koczkar, speaking at CAPA's LCC and New Age Airlines Conference in Macau, stated (05-Sep-2012) infrastructure challenges in the air in China are a greater limitation than ground-based infrastructure pressures. He noted Chinese ATC is congested with limited corridors available and further openings only slowly occurring, limiting growth.
