Boeing previously disclosed a definitive agreement to divest its Jeppesen, ForeFlight, AerData and OzRunways assets to Thoma Bravo for USD10.5 billion, with the transaction expected to close by the end of 2025, pending regulatory approvals. Boeing stated it would retain core digital capabilities focused on fleet maintenance, diagnostics and repair for commercial and defence customers1.
