Japan considering a fifth runway at Tokyo Haneda: reports

Japan's Transport Ministry is reportedly considering plans to construct a fifth runway at Tokyo Haneda Airport (Tokyo Shimbun, 17-Feb-2010). The Ministry reportedly intends to investigate the cost and requirements for the additional runway by Mar-2010.
