Ireland’s Minister for Transport Darragh O’Brien confirmed the NDP Review’s Sectoral Investment Plan for Transport provided almost EUR45 million in capital investment under the Regional Airports Programme 2026-2030, with EUR9 million capital support and more than EUR19 million total available for allocation in 2026.1 The broadened eligibility covered airports up to three million passengers, including Shannon, Ireland West, Kerry and Donegal.1 2
