Iraqi Airways may be dissolved: transport minister

Iraqi Transport Minister, Amer Abdul-Jabbar, announced the Government is considering plans to dissolve state-owned Iraqi Airways due to a dispute over war reparations with Kuwait, including claims that Iraq owes Kuwait up to USD1.7 billion in aircraft and parts seized in 1990-91 (Reuters, 26-May-2010).
