Iran Aviation Finance: Low cost long haul an increasingly proven model - British Airways CEO

British Airways chairman and CEO Alex Cruz, at the CAPA Iran Aviation Finance Summit, commented (18-Sep-2016) that in the past, he had some doubts about the viability of low cost long haul travel as a model. In the last few years, it "looks like we have proved now that a long haul experience can be delivered in a low cost frame with a completely different product" according to Mr Cruz. British Airways will be "responding" to what is becoming an "increasingly proven" model.
