Iran Aviation Finance: Education and training a major opportunity for investment in Iran

Iran Civil Aviation Organisation president Ali Abedzadeh, at the CAPA Iran Aviation Finance Summit, stated (19-Sep-2016) that education, training and the development of human resources in the aviation sector provides a major opportunity for investment in Iran. According to Mr Abedzadeh, Iran already offers strong, university level education and has excellent levels of knowledge in the fields of MRO and aerospace, but there is demand for education in managerial, IT and other aviation sectors. He added that the development of these human resources in Iran, along with forming a strong, technically competent workforce, is a long term project and the country is not going to see improvements overnight.
