Infratil revenue up 11%, EBITDAF up 24% in 1HFY2011

New Zealand's Infratil revenue up 11% - financial highlights for the six months ended 30-Sep-2010:

  • Operating revenue*: USD819.6 million, +10.8% year-on-year;
    • Wellington Airport:
      • Aeronautical: USD21.6 million, +6.0%;
      • Passenger services: USD10.7 million, +13.9%;
      • Property and other: USD3.0 million, +5.4%;
    • European airports:
      • Aeronautical: USD4.9 million, +4.9%;
      • Passenger services: USD, 2.9 million, +2.7%;
      • Property and other: 997,590, -13.3%;
  • EBITDAF (loss): USD197.8 million, +24.4%;
    • Wellington Airport: USD26.9 million, +7.3%;
    • European airports: (USD1.7 million), compared with a loss of USD1.1 million in p-c-p;
  • Operating profit: USD91.6 million, +69.6%;
  • Profit before tax: USD81.1 million, +536.7%;
  • Net profit: USD12.4 million, compared with a loss of USD24.1 million in p-c-p;
  • Net operating cash flow: USD72.4 million, +99.4%;
  • Passenger numbers:
    • Wellington Airport:
      • Domestic: 2.3 million, +1.7%;
      • International: 296,891, +2.3%;
