Indianapolis Airport's CEO withdraws from Atlanta race

US' Indianapolis International Airport's Director and CEO John Clark announced the withdrawal of his name from consideration of the General Manager's position at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (11alive.com, 10-Sep-2010).

Indianapolis International Airport: "After much thought and discussion with my family, I have decided to withdraw my name from further consideration for the position of General Manager of Hartsfield-Jackson International airport. Being considered for a position of this magnitude is truly an honour and a valuable experience. However, I am committed, along with our valuable employee team, to delivering a world-class airport here at IND and continuing the focus on our 2010-15 strategic plan," John Clark, Director and CEO of Indianapolis Airport.
