IBS Software VP of cargo: E-commerce volumes 'are going to continue to pick up'

IBS Software VP of cargo David West, speaking at the Super Terminal Expo, stated (06-Nov-2024) e-commerce volumes "are going to continue to pick up". Mr West also noted that "not all e-commerce is the same", with different types of shipments having different requirements in areas such as security and shipment tracking.
