Horizon Air to ramp up hiring in anticipation of new E175s; celebrates 35 years of service

Horizon Air celebrated (01-Sep-2016) the 35th anniversary of its inaugural flight on 01-Sep-1981. As previously reported by CAPA, the carrier placed an order for 33 new Embraer E175 aircraft n Apr-2016, which will allow Horizon to begin serving routes too far for its Bombardier Q400s to operate.
