Hong Kong Tourism Board reports 22.8% rise in 2010 MICE arrivals

Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB) reports (27-Feb-2011) overnight MICE arrivals rose 22.8% year-on-year to 1.4 million in 2010. Details include:

* Total figure includes arrivals from Macau SAR

HKTB: “We expect the growth momentum for overnight MICE arrivals will sustain into 2011, with the total number reaching 1.6 million, 12% more than in 2010,” HKTB Chairman Mr James Tien, Source: HKTB, 27-Feb-2011.
