Hong Kong Airlines in rapid long haul growth phase, seeking secondary European destinations

Hong Kong Airlines assistant director commercial Michael Burke, speaking at the CAPA Asia Aviation Summit, said (08-Nov-2017) Hong Kong Airlines is "in a phase of quite rapid long haul growth" with the delivery of its second A350 aircraft in Nov-2017 and third in Dec-2017. In parallel with the introduction of the A350s, the airline aims to identify and develop smaller secondary European markets for its existing A330 fleet.
