Hong Kong Airlines: Airspace is a big issue for the region, requiring a coordinated effort

Hong Kong Airlines vice president Ben Wong, speaking at the CAPA Asia Aviation & Corporate Travel Summit, said (14-Nov-2019) airspace management in the region is a "big issue" and it requires a "coordinated effort" between governments in crowded airspace with international boundaries to resolve. Mr Wong said that from the ICAO level down to a national level, there need to be efforts to coordinate airspace. He explained that Eurocontrol provides a good example of how to manage and coordinate airspace.
