  • Operating costs:
    • Fuel: EUR95.3 million, -19.8%;
  • EBITDA (loss): (EUR48.9 million), compared to a loss of EUR52.1 million in p-c-p;
  • EBIT (loss): (EUR57.6 million), compared to a loss of EUR65.7 million in p-c-p;
    • Meridiana Fly: (EUR47.2 million);
    • Air Italy: (EUR10 million);
  • Net profit (loss): (EUR60.9 million), compared to a loss of EUR67.3 million in p-c-p;
  • Passenger numbers: 1.7 million, -29.2%;
    • Meridiana Fly: 1.3 million;
    • Air Italy: 431,000;
  • Commercial fleet: 38 aircraft, -19.1%;
  • Total assets: EUR487.1 million, +5.1% when compared to period ended 31-Dec-2011;
  • Total liabilities: EUR470.2 million, +17.1% when compared to period ended 31-Dec-2011.
