Groupe ADP implements early termination of 2020 ERA

Groupe ADP issued (26-May-2020) an early termination of its 2016-2020 Economic Regulation Agreement (ERA), noting the "impossibility" to reach the financial and investments targets by the end of 2020 in the context of COVID-19. In the absence of an economic regulation agreement applicable to airports charges and investments, Groupe ADP will have to submit annually for consultation to the aviation users and for approval to the French Transport Regulator, a tariff proposal based on the current service costs related to the airport fees and more specifically an annual investment plan.
