Goodrich selected by Rolls-Royce to develop fuel nozzles for next generation aircraft engines

Goodrich Corporation signed (15-Oct-2009) a research agreement with Rolls-Royce to develop fuel nozzles for "lean burn" combustion technology systems, which would be used on future gas turbine aircraft engines. Goodrich also has been selected to supply Rolls-Royce with the combustion system fuel nozzles for the new Rolls-Royce Trent XWB engine programme for the Airbus A350XWB. [more]
