GMR Infrastructure revenue up 11%, EBITDA up 19% in 3QFY2010

India's GMR Infrastructure revenue up 11% - financial highlights for the three months ended 31-Dec-2009:

  • Revenue: USD232.6 million, +11% year-on-year;
    • Airports: USD84.5 million, +20%;
  • Total operating cost: USD157.3 million, +8.0%;
  • EBITDA: USD75.3 million, +19%;
    • Airports: USD32.9 million, +105%;
  • Profit before tax: USD9.7 million, -38%;
  • Profit after tax: USD2.0 million, -85%. [more]

GMR Infrastructure: "Both the international and domestic airport sectors have seen healthy increase in passenger traffic. Especially SGIA, has registered high growth in both passenger traffic and aircraft movements. At DIAL, the construction of Terminal 3 is progressing as per schedule and a number of contracts have been signed in the area of ground handling, cargo, duty free and F&B…at HIAL, agreements have been signed for engine maintenance training centre, airframe overhaul and aviation training," G.M.
