GMR Infrastructure in talks with Macquarie SBI for USD100m investment

India's GMR Infrastructure Group announced advanced talks with Macquarie SBI to invest up to USD100 million in GMR's airports division, which includes Delhi International Airport Limited (DIAL) (54% stake), GMR Hyderabad International Airport Ltd (GHIAL) (63% stake) and Sabiha Gokcen Airport Ltd in Istanbul (Business Standard, 02-Jun-2010). The division is valued at USD2.8 billion. The transaction is expected to be finalised within a month. GMR CFO, A Subba Rao, did not comment on the report.
