German Government officially registers as largest shareholder in Lufthansa Group

Lufthansa Group announced (06-Jul-2020) the German Government's Economic Stabilisation Fund (WSF) was officially registered as a new shareholder on 02-Jul-2020. The WSF holds 597.7 million voting rights or 20.05% of total voting rights and is now the largest shareholder in the company. [more - original PR - German]
