The expansion of Antalya Airport involved increasing its handling capacity from 35 million to 82 million passengers annually, with the new terminal expected to handle 45 million passengers by 20291 2. The project also included significant terminal enlargements, with the international terminal expanding to 224,000sqm and the domestic terminal to 75,000sqm2. This expansion was part of a broader EUR850 million investment by Fraport and TAV Airports, nearing completion by April 20253.
