flydubai to receive eighth aircraft in May-2010, aiming for 50 by 2016

flydubai CEO, Ghaith Al Ghaith, announced the carrier is scheduled to receive its eighth B737-800 aircraft in May-2010 and increase its fleet to 13 by the end of 2010 (Emirates Business 24/7, 12-May-2010). The carrier will operate 50 aircraft by 2016, with "no need for further aircraft orders at this point".
