FedEx Express was limited in growth opportunities before Open Skies agreements

FedEx Express VP & general counsel Rush O'Keefe, speaking at the CAPA Americas Aviation Summit 2016, stated (11-Apr-2016) the carrier was limited in its growth opportunities before Open Skies agreements, which now puts asides restrictions that "in our view were protectionist."
