Farnborough: Thomson confirmed as first UK airline to receive B787

Thomson Airways confirmed (19-Jul-2010) it will be the first UK airline to take delivery of the B787 in Jan-2012 with orders for eight more. A further five B787s will also be taken by TUI Travel PLC, parent company of Thomson Airways, for 13 aircraft across the group.
