Eurostat reports 1% rise in air passengers in the EU27 to 826.7m in 2012

Eurostat reports (05-Nov-2013) passengers travelling by air in the EU27 rose 0.7% year-on-year to 826.7 million in 2012. Passenger numbers rose 10% compared with 2009, the low point following the financial crisis, but only by 3.6% compared with 2008. Details include:
