European Commission approves acquisition of Bristol Airport by OTTP and Macquarie

The European Commission cleared (11-Dec-2009) the proposed acquisition of UK's Bristol International Airport Limited by the Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan Board (OTTP) and Macquarie Group.
