EUROCONTROL: safety restrictions eased

EUROCONTROL stated work by the UK Met Office and the UK CAA confirmed the effectiveness of the models used to determine areas where ash concentration could be above engine tolerance levels. Effective 12:00 on 11-May-2010, the 60nm "buffer zone" which was initially added to the proposed no-fly zone will be omitted.
