EU and US to commence second phase open skies talks

EU and US officials plan to commence talks regarding the second phase of their open skies agreement on 15-Feb-2010 (Financial Times, 15-Feb-2010). The two signed the first phase of the agreement in 2007. The US is hoping to reach a new agreement with the EU by Nov-2010, when a series of opt-out clauses will become valid.
