Background ✨
Air Peace appointed APG Network as its UK general sales agent and operated Lagos/Abuja–London Gatwick plus Abuja–London Heathrow with Boeing 777-200ERs.1 It reduced Abuja–London frequency to three times weekly until 01-Jul-2026 due to Jet A1 supply constraints.2 Air Peace also partnered with SIMPLAA to provide complimentary pick-up and drop-off for business and first class passengers on Lagos/Abuja–London Heathrow and Gatwick routes from 01-Oct-2026.3 Enugu Air previously launched domestic operations from Enugu using Embraer E170/E190 aircraft under Xejet, with Enugu State Governor Peter Mbah outlining ambitions to later serve the UK and other long haul markets.4
