Emirates Airline unveiled (11-Feb-2025) a new inflight business class menu featuring pairings with exclusive Moet & Chandon Champagne. The menu offers 18 new dishes designed by Emirates VP of culinary design Doxis Bekris and Moet & Chandon head chef Jean Michel Bardet. Dishes include poached scallops served with green melon and kumquat, roasted duck served with braised eggplant and chickpeas and seared Chilean seabass.
