ELFAA passenger numbers up 9.5% to 188.8 million in 2011

European Low Fares Airline Association (ELFAA) reports (15-Feb-2012) the following traffic highlights in 2011:

  • Passenger numbers: 188.8 million, +9.5% year-on-year;
  • Passenger load factor: 83.4%, +1.1 ppts;

    • Flybe: 84;

ELFAA: “In 2011 passenger numbers for ELFAA airlines grew to 188.8 million, up 9.5% on the previous year, exceeding the industry average, with an increased load factor of 1.1%.
