Edinburgh Airport monthly pax exceeds 1.0m for seventh consecutive month in Oct-2016

Edinburgh Airport reported (Nov-2016) a 12.5% year-on-year increase to 1.1 million passengers in Oct-2016, marking the busiest October ever at a Scottish airport. Oct-2016 is the seventh consecutive month in 2016 with passenger numbers exceeding 1.0 million. Edinburgh Airport CEO Gordon Dewar said: "These latest passenger figures are a direct result of the growth in passenger services offering choice of routes to and from Edinburgh.
