Dubai Airports CEO Paul Griffiths, speaking at the CAPA Airline Leader Summit Asia & Sustainability Awards, stated (05-Nov-2024) "Dubai could become sustainable on solar energy alone, the problem is the sun doesn't shine 24 hours a day, but there are clever ways of harnessing that energy".
