Dubai Aerospace Enterprise completed the acquisition of Nordic Aviation Capital, increasing its fleet to approximately 750 aircraft and making it the third largest lessor globally by number of aircraft. It also held commitments to acquire around 100 additional aircraft from ATR, Airbus, Boeing and other trading counterparties at the time of the acquisition1.
