TUI places USD700 million senior notes in capital market

01-Oct-2010 Hapag-Lloyd today placed approximately 700 million US dollars (equivalent) senior notes in the capital market. In response to the strong investor demand, Hapag-Lloyd increased the originally considered note issue volume of 500 million US dollars by 200 million US dollars. In addition, Hapag-Lloyd entered into a syndicated credit line of 360 million US dollars.
