Spicejet - USD 75 million fund raising

Spicejet Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Spicejet has passed an enabling resolution, subject to approval from Company's shareholders and such further regulatory consents as may be required, to raise funds not exceeding USD 75 million through any combination of instruments either locally or abroad.
