Jazz Air LP announces intention to acquire Bombardier Q400 NextGen aircraft

09-Feb-2010 Jazz Air LP ("Jazz") announced that it has signed a Letter of Intent with Bombardier Commercial Aircraft subject to the satisfaction of customary conditions, to finalize a binding purchase agreement for a firm order of 15 Q400 NextGen aircraft with options for an additional 15 aircraft.
