Department of Airports not interested in returning LA/Ontario to city

US' Los Angeles Department of Airports announced it is not interested in returning operation of LA/Ontario International Airport to the city (Inland News Today/ San Bernardino County Sun, 01-Mar-2011). Several national and international firms have expressed their interest in managing the airport and LAWA executive director, Gina Lindsey, stated they have received 10 inquiries.
