Delta completes acquisition of 20% stake in LATAM

Delta Air Lines completed (30-Dec-2019) the tender offer to acquire an equity stake in LATAM Airlines Group, successfully acquiring a 20% stake for approximately USD1.9 billion. Delta classified the transaction as "an important milestone toward bringing together the leading airlines in North and South America".
